💡 Chef's Tips
-
·
Be conservative with rose water; it is very potent and can become overpowering if too much is added.
-
·
For an extra chill, place your serving glasses in the freezer for 15 minutes before preparing the drink.
-
·
You can substitute Sachi with a light Rosé wine or white grape juice for a different flavor profile.
-
·
If using fresh lychees, add a teaspoon of honey or simple syrup to compensate for the missing canned syrup sweetness.
