| 2 cups 150 g | Shredded Romaine lettuce |
| 1 cup 150 g | Cherry tomatoes, halved |
| 0.5 cup 75 g | Cucumber, diced |
| 0.5 cup 120 ml | Tzatziki sauce |
| 0.25 cup 30 g | Red onion, thinly sliced |
2 Method
Step 1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and toss to coat evenly. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
Step 2. Preheat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.
Step 3. Briefly warm the flour tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for 10 seconds to make them pliable.
Step 4. Spread 2 tablespoons of tzatziki sauce in the center of each tortilla. Layer with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, and the grilled chicken strips.
Step 5. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly from the bottom up. Slice diagonally and serve immediately.
