💡 Chef's Tips
-
·
To prevent the bagel from getting soggy, spread cream cheese on both halves to act as a moisture barrier.
-
·
For extra crunch, soak the sliced red onions in ice water for 10 minutes before adding to the sandwich.
-
·
Add a splash of lemon juice over the avocado slices to keep them bright green and add acidity.
-
·
If you want a bit of heat, add a few pickled jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce to the cream cheese.
