How to Make Mini Cheeseburger Sliders
Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef and diced onions until the beef is fully cooked. Drain the excess grease.
Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and half of the garlic powder into the beef mixture.
Without pulling the rolls apart, slice the entire block of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally to create a top and bottom slab.
Place the bottom half of the rolls on the prepared baking sheet. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the rolls.
Layer the cheddar cheese slices over the beef, then place the top half of the rolls back on.
Mix the melted butter with the remaining garlic powder. Brush the tops of the rolls generously with the butter mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
