๐ก Tips & Tricks
-
ยท
Choose peaches that are firm-ripe; if they are too soft, they will fall apart on the grill.
-
ยท
To prevent the flatbread from burning, keep a close eye on it as it toasts very quickly.
-
ยท
If you don't have a grill, a cast-iron grill pan on the stovetop works beautifully.
-
ยท
Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a sweet and spicy kick.
