💡 Chef's Tips

  • ·

Marinate the chicken in the lemon juice and oregano for 30 minutes before cooking for maximum flavor and tenderness.

  • ·

Use a panini press or a hot skillet after rolling the wraps for a crunchy, toasted exterior.

  • ·

Swap flour tortillas for whole wheat or gluten-free wraps to suit your dietary preferences.

  • ·

Add pickled red onions or Kalamata olives for an extra punch of salty, Mediterranean flavor.

? FAQ

Can I make these wraps ahead of time?
Yes, you can prepare the chicken, veggies, and sauce in advance. However, assemble the wraps just before serving to prevent the tortillas from getting soggy.
What can I use instead of Greek yogurt for the sauce?
Hummus, tzatziki, or even a light spread of sour cream make excellent substitutes for the yogurt sauce.
Can I use rotisserie chicken for a faster meal?
Absolutely! Shredded rotisserie chicken works perfectly and cuts your cooking time down to almost zero.
Are these wraps freezer friendly?
The fresh vegetables (lettuce, cucumber, tomato) do not freeze well, so it is best to enjoy these fresh or keep the cooked chicken frozen separately.
