2 Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the tamari sauce, beef broth, honey, cornstarch, and sesame oil until smooth. Set aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat until shimmering.
Add the sliced beef in a single layer and sear for 1-2 minutes per side until browned but not fully cooked through. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
Wipe out the pan if necessary and add the remaining tablespoon of oil. Add the broccoli florets and a splash of water. Cover with a lid for 2 minutes to steam-cook the broccoli until crisp-tender.
Remove the lid and add the minced garlic and ginger. Sautรฉ for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Give the sauce mixture a quick stir and pour it into the pan. Bring to a simmer.
Add the beef back into the pan. Toss everything together for 1-2 minutes until the sauce has thickened and glazed the beef and broccoli.
